The engagement panel has integrated video chat. This means that whenever you are available, you can engage with your customer in a live-stream videocall, right next to your products.

You can send products directly to the customers screen, so they will have their navigation controlled by the store owner. This allows you to have engaging contextual conversations, and also send products specifically suited to your customer.

You can set a list of ‘recommendations’, where the customer can view your selected products. A recommended product will be available online and offline throughout the experience, showing your customers which products you think are appropiate for them.

Audio chat

Personalize and tailor your products for each interactions (only direct integration)

In a similar functionality to whatsapp, your customers can stream you an audio message. You can respond to this with text or audio. This allows you to stream recommended products and manage the customer experience through your store.

If your customer is looking for something that you haven’t published in the shop, you have the opportunity to send them a personalized or “private” product. This will be streamed directly to their screen, and only accessible with knowledge of the randomized url. This allows you to adapt your products to each visitor.

There are two simple ways to use the platform.

You can add The Shop Front sales channel to your shopify account, allowing you seamless integration with your shopify inventory and fufillment options. There is no commission on sale!

If you don't have Shopify, you can setup a free account and use our Stripe integration to sell through the platform. We will take a small commission on each sale. Nothing else to pay!
