Off-site checkout

All of our payment solutions are integrated into our customers platforms. That means that all checkouts and payments are offsite.

​​​​​​​If you have a Shopify integration, customers will be redirected to your shopify checkout page to complete their order, and all order management and processes will be exactly the same as if it had been a direct sale through your shopify site.

If you have a direct integration, you are responsible for creating, managing and maintaining a STRIPE account that will be connected to your dashboard. Your customers will be directed offsite to your STRIPE checkout to complete payment, and you will have to manage the order and processes through your STRIPE account.

The Shop Front role

​​​​​​​The shop front is a sales channel to be integrated with your existing ecommerce solutions. Although we enable full-featured product management, you are responsible for managing the orders, payments and fulfillment through your existing or other channels.

There are two simple ways to use the platform.

You can add The Shop Front sales channel to your shopify account, allowing you seamless integration with your shopify inventory and fufillment options. There is no commission on sale!

If you don't have Shopify, you can setup a free account and use our Stripe integration to sell through the platform. We will take a small commission on each sale. Nothing else to pay!
